Friday, July 15th, 2011

Afternoon

On-site registration and unofficial meet and greet. If you arrive in Camp Branson after 2pm on Friday afternoon, there will be a place for you to register and ample time in camp to visit.


Saturday, July 16th, 2011

Morning and Afternoon

Field trips to some classic field teaching sites in the area where Camp Branson has been leading student projects throughout the years. Sites will include:

Field trips will depart from Camp Branson promptly at 10:00am on Saturday morning, and we will provide attendees with a pack lunch that they will pick-up prior to departure. Field trips will return to camp around 2pm, leaving enough time in the afternoon for people to visit in camp prior to the evening banquet.

Reunion participants will also have the option to go on sight-seeing or hiking trips to some beautiful locales in the vicinity of Camp Branson:

Evening

Dedication of Cabin Renovations by Kevin Shelton, at 5:00pm

Centennial Banquet, with two meal options, vegeterian and meat-lovers.

- Cost per person: Adults $20; Children (12 and under): $10. This money will help defray the cost of the Saturday pack lunch and evening banquet. Money will be collected, preferably as cash, once participants arrive to Camp Branson for the reunion.

- If weather allows outside eating, we will have one sitting for the banquet at 6:00pm. If weater conditions require two indoor sittings, the first sitting will be at 5:15pm and the second at 6:00 pm.

- Presentation on the history of Camp Branson by Bob Bauer, during the Centennial Banquet.


Sunday, July 17th, 2011

Morning

World Famous Camp Branson Horseshoe Pitching Tournament, at 10:00am.

For those not interested in the Horseshoe Pitching Tournament, there will be more time to mingle and visit until departure.

Noon

Adjourn.
